twas an irie night in may...a week nyte! de la soul live at tha beer toof in spenard.a first tap&what not....i found myself to be the designated driver,which is kool.somebody gots to do it!..so much buddha blessing later and after a domino game,Tara,cuzzles-Alex&Wrobble& i headed out to the show. Josh boots was finishing up his set as hoards ov party people crowded the entry way,food&beverage order line,bars-resturant&inside theatre bar,theatre....twas crowded as a mafuckor to put it simple.Tara appearded with beers,we spoke shortly,&she headed deep into the party-people filled front ov theatre.Not feeling like a super-social party person, i found a a nook in the back&i was enjoying my beverage and feeling good when Maseo came out and adjusted his turntables&gear.He got tha crowd hyped up and soon De La Soul was wrockin' a packd sweaty crowded hauzfull ov appreciative peeps!
